Two big wins this week for <Archon> in ICC
The raid leaders made the command decision to extend our lockout in ICC for another week, and the extra time paid off in spades with our first kills on both the Blood Queen
and Professor Putricide!
For those keeping track at home, this means only two more bosses stand between us and Arthas himself! Congratulations and Thank You to everybody who has put forth the time and effort to get us to where we are today. I'm very excited by our success and can not wait to post the screenshot of our first Lich King kill!

Forums Repaired
This afternoon, we were apparently the victims of an exploit that embedded an iframe containing malicious code into all the forum javascript code. I've just finished going through and eliminating it, so the forums are back online. If you visited this afternoon using IE, however, I strongly suggest running a scan of your PC to make sure you haven't picked up anything. I'm not sure what the payload was, but I'm quite certain it wasn't intended to be helpful.
Thanks very much to those that brought the problem to my attention. If any of you see anything unusual in the future, please feel free to contact me by whatever means necessary so I can get things cleaned up.

Blood Council Defeated!
After Monday night's exceptional performance, we decided to extend this week's raid ID in the hopes of making some additional progress. That gamble paid off with the our first victory over the Blood Council!
Congratulations to the entire raid team on the kill. We'll be continuing on to Blood Queen Lanathel this week and then returning to take care of Putricide.
Onward to the Lich King!!

I'm impressed. Last night in ICC, we matched the success of our best runs in a single evening!
In all our previous attempts, the best we've ever done was 6 bosses down over the course of the week. Last night, we managed that and still had 40 minutes left to take our first peek at the Blood Council. I'm excited by our progress and anticipate being face to face with Arthas himself before the summer's end.

Rotface Slaughtered!
The <Archon> raid team drew one step closer to their goal tonight with the first defeat of Rotface in the Plaguewerks of IceCrown Citadel. Congratulations to everyone involved on the kill!

Festergut Disemboweled!
After several painful attempts in the Plague Wing of ICC, the raid team eked out enough dps to drop Festergut for the first time ever! Congratulations to all involved on this kill; You definitely earned it!

<Archon> storms Icecrown Citadel; Arthas reportedly "concerned"
The raid team rolled into 2010 with another pair of big wins, downing both Lady Deathwhisper and the puny Alliance Gunship tonight. Congratulations to all involved. At this rate, we'll be all set to move into the next wing of the Lich King's citadel when it's opened next month.
This week, however, our target is Ulduar. It's well past time for Yogg-Saron to feel our wrath!

The <Archon> raid team continues to roll in anticipation of Icecrown Citadel.
The past two weeks have seen the defeat of Freya in Ulduar 10 and a full clear of ToC10 tonight! Both Mimiron and Yogg Saron are strongly advised to get their affairs in order because we're coming!

Raid Roster Reset
In an attempt to streamline and refocus our raiding efforts, and due to some confusion on several points of how we operate, I have emptied the raider rank. All former raiders have been temporarily reassigned as veterans.

Malygos Must Die!
Just as an FYI, the raiding focus for the next couple weeks is going to be ensuring that we finally take down Malygos. We've been close several times, but have yet to dedicate ourselves to making sure the big lizard ends up dead.
